Casa Gardenia, built in the early 1960's, is located at Lago di Garda' s panoramic coastline, embedded in a highly topographic, not easy accessible area under landscape conservation. With this project, our experts faced a complex challenge: renovating a building including the complete redesign of the interior layout by keeping it's characteristic external architecture.
