Bar Cristallo is part of Hotel Cristallo, located in the alpine region of Alta Badia, embedded in one of South Tyrol's most spectacular landscapes : the Dolomites. The complex task to create a warm and welcoming ambience, a "place to be" after a day full of activities in nature including skiing or hiking, has been approached by integrating contemporary as well as regional design elements and fokussing on a limited choice of materials and textures. Redesigning the interior layout, including the eliminiation and repositioning of structural elements, our team raced against the clock in order to finish the project in time.
